I liked the idea of putting something older together, mainly because of the aesthetic of the early 2000s, and the stuff I grew seeing online - limited or otherwise.

it kinda serves as a homage, in a way, but I think a lot of these sorts of sites do. that, and I can actually sorta follow how this one works... css is hard.

I put together a bunck of blinkies, stamps and things I found here and there a little ways down too. I set it up so if you refresh multiple times, you'll get different ones - which shouldn't repeat.
